Here is my account and interviews which concerned the runners at the sharp end with also the words of the Southern Six stage road relay Champions Newham & Essex Beagles. In the race itself Birchfield tested Aldershot in the latter stages but, mainly due to Aldershot's Andy Vernon running the second fastest time of the day on leg 4, the other big rivals Newham & Essex Beagles found it an impossible task to take the title.A huge gap had developed after the first two runners had completeed stage five well ahead. Newham had the sixth fastest runner of the day Keith Gerrrard on the last leg. However Birchfields' runner on the final leg was no match for International marathon runner Ben Moreau, who brought Aldershot home clear.

We wish it was like this!! A solo run by ben in the florence marathon 2010 brought a pb by 3 minutes in his 4th marathon!!!! Ben went through half way in 67.10 with little company and pulled though to catch a couple of dudes in the latter stages that did the blowers.......

National Road Relays 2010 - Part Two

BEHIND THE SCENES INTERVIEWS BY AA for RUNNERS DIGEST

RAYMOND LOUGHRAN President of Shettleston Harriers club and coach THOMAS PATTERSON are two of the men behind the current success of Shettleston and have been a great help to the Eritrean runners.
They explained how they came to run for the club.

National Road Relays 2010 - Part One

Aldershot, Farnham & Distinct 'A' team added to their 4 Stage victory in the Southern in September with another convincing victory in the National Championships at Sutton Coldfield on the 16th of September writes Alastair Aitken for Runners Digest.

Geoff Moulden 10km 2010 - Part Three

PASCAR OWOR
Pascar Owor was third in the Wimbledon 10k
"I did not sleep well as I was writing and reading till 2.30 for my studies in Sports coaching & Practise and

Geoff Moulden 10km 2010 - Part Two

RYAN McLEOD of Tipton Harriers
(Son of Mike McLeod who was a World Class Track, road and cross country runner for Elswick Harriers)

Geoff Moulden 10km 2010 - Part One

Ryan Mcleod of Tipton Harriers had travelled to the Geoff Moulden Wimbledon 10k on the 3rd of October and came away with a good win over half a dozen 'Class Athletes' from the South.

Ranelagh Half Marathon 2010

A Little history first
